Gert Beets
has been passionate about all forms of technology since a young age and has been actively involved with classic cars for more than 35 years. As a student, he was already working at various specialists in classic cars and brand dealers in sports cars. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering (Hoger Technisch Instutuut K. Mercier Brussels – 1992), he became a damage expert at a number of different expertise agencies in the Flemish region.
Since the new millennium Gert was one of the founders of The Engine Room, a club with facility services for owners of exclusive cars, and Beerens Classic Division, one of the bigger players in the classic car market.
After more than 10 years of experience in the trade of classic and exclusive cars and more than 1000 cars traded, he knows the market like no other.
Classic cars are not only his profession but clearly also his passion.

Francis Luyckx
has been interested in cars and motorcycles since childhood.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering (Hoger Technisch Instutuut K. Mercier Brussels – 1992), Francis worked for more than 20 years in the technical departments of several major manufacturers.
